Directions to MAE Department

 

Garden State Parkway

• Northbound
  1. Turn off at Exit 105 and follow signs for Route 18 North.
  2. After approximately 24 Miles you will pass the entrance to the New Jersey Turnpike and continue on 18 North.
  3. Continue along Rt. 18 N. past the exits for Rt. 27 and 'Rutgers University' and proceed over the Raritan River on the John Lynch Memorial Bridge (approx. 3.7 miles).
  4. On the other side of the river take the 2nd exit which will be Rutgers University - Busch Campus. Remain on this road until the circle.
  5. Take the first right out of the circle and proceed until the first stop sign.
  6. At this stop sign, make a left on to Brett Road.
  7. Make the first right on to Bowser Road, and continue slowly down it.
     
  8. Make the last left-hand turn into the parking lot (lot 59). The Engineering building will be at the end of the lot to the left behind the CAIT building.
• South Bound
  1. Turn off at exit 129 for the New Jersey Turnpike and head south.
  2. Turn off at Exit 9
  3. After toll booths bear right; follow signs for 'Route 18 North - New Brunswick'
  4. Continue along Rt. 18 N. past the exits for Rt. 27 and 'Rutgers University' and proceed over the Raritan River on the John Lynch Memorial Bridge (approx. 3.7 miles).

  2. After toll booths bear right; follow signs for 'Route 18 North - New Brunswick'
  3. Continue along Rt. 18 N. past the exits for Rt. 27 and 'Rutgers University' and proceed over the Raritan River on the John Lynch Memorial Bridge (approx. 3.7 miles).
  4. On the other side of the river take the 2nd exit which will be Rutgers University - Busch Campus. Remain on this road until the circle.

• Northbound/Southbound
  1. Turn off at exit 9 'Bound Brook/Highland Park'
  2. Proceed east on River Road toward Highland Park until the sixth traffic light (approximately 3.4 miles) 
  3. Turn left and proceed up the ramp.
  4. Take the take the 1st exit which will be Rutgers University - Busch Campus. Remain on this road until the circle.
  5. Take the first right out of the circle and proceed until the first stop sign.
  6. At this stop sign, make a left on to Brett Road.
  7. Make the first right on to Bowser Road, and continue slowly down it.
  8. Make the last left-hand turn into the parking lot (lot 59). The Engineering building will be at the end of the lot to the left behind the CAIT building.
