MAE Undergrads Win NJSGC 2022-2023 Academic Year Internships

Two MAE undergrads, Maxim Arkhipov (MAE ‘24) and Sriya Bapatla (MAE 24’), win New Jersey Space Grant Consortium 2022-2023 Academic Year Internships. The NJSGC is “NASA’s educational arm in New Jersey for higher education, charged with progressing the goals of the National Space Grant program”. Under the supervision of Associate Prof. Jonathan P. Singer of the Rutgers MAE department, this prestigious award will support Maxim and Sriya’s work on the mechanical composites manufactured by self-limiting electrospray deposition (SLED) and combinations of SLED and additive manufacturing, respectively.
